AN INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR GENERAL PURPOSE BUILDINGS AND RESIDENTIAL HOUSES (HIS)
An information system for general purpose buildings and residential houses (NIS) is a universal system that ensures data readings from different sensors, metering devices and other engineering and processing equipment located in a building, which is necessary for the effective management of a building and the arrangement of its exploitation.
The complex solution of the NIS involves:
- electricity meter readings;
- water meter readings;
- heat meter readings;
- gas meter readings;
- steam flow meter readings;
- control and management of internal building heating systems; and
- control and management of internal building ventilation systems.
To date the system has undergone tests using the metering and automation equipment of the following manufacturers:
- Powogaz
- Sensus
- Apator
- Sanotech
- Danfoss and other brands.
The NIS is fully compatible and can function together with other business management and analysis systems employed by a company. A system user can access all the data in Lithuanian and in the form of tables, graphs and graphic representations that are presented in a clearly understandable manner.
The areas of the application of this solution include:
- companies maintaining and managing buildings;
- companies supplying heat;
- companies supplying water;
- companies supplying electricity; and
- companies supplying gas
